Haven't got far into the book yet but some of your 'ideal' suggested stats seem ridiculous for 50NL/100NL games. Personally I play 50NL 6max zoom, and if you fold 56% to flop cbets you're going to get raped by any half-decent reg at the limit. 74% cbet % is similarly too high though fewer are capable of exploiting it.
